1. Find a flash (swf) file that you want as your background.
2. On the page that the game or movie is on, look at the page source and search for ".swf" without quotes.
3. When you find it, put it into the web address accordingly. To save it, click "File" in your browser then click "Save Page As".
4. Embed the SWF file into a HTML document.
5. Right click on your desktop, go to properties, click on the tab "Desktop", click browse, set it to show .html files instead of Background Files, find your file, and then click open.
